Chocolate orders placed between May 10 through September 30 are shipped Next Day delivery. Please include a Next Day ship-to address where someone will be there to accept the overnight package. To further ensure the safe arrival of your handmade chocolate truffles during this time frame, we package them in a Cool Pack which includes special insulation and gel packs. An extra charge of $17.50 (Next Day Delivery) plus $5.90 (Cool Pack) will be added to your standard shipping cost. A separate invoice for this amount will be sent to you via e-mail for payment.
Chocolate orders that require Special Handling as described above are shipped Monday through Thursday only, to prevent your package from sitting in a warm truck or warehouse over the weekend. Orders cannot be prepared for shipping until payment in full is received. Complete orders received on Wednesday after 2:00PM EST will ship the following Monday. Thank you for understanding.
