Caramelized Grapes in Vino Cotto

Ingredients
2 cups of black seedless table grapes (halved)
2 cups green seedless table grapes (halved)
2 tablespoons of Vino Cotto di Montillo
2 tablespoons brown sugar
crème fraiche or mascarpone cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven or grill to 500°F (250°C).
2. Mix the vino cotto and brown sugar together.
3. Gently fold the grapes into the mixture until well coated.
4. Transfer to a flame-proof dish and place in the oven or grill for about 10 minutes or until slightly caramelized. Be careful not to overcook the syrup.
5. As a dessert, serve with crème fraiche on the side (or mascarpone cheese). As a condiment, instead of cranberry or apple sauces, serve beside chicken or pork.
